@LyftraS Then you don't fully understand how mental health actually works. If you have broken both your legs and are unable to clean, then people are a lot more understanding. But mental health issues are mostly downplayed because it's invisible. A lot of people forget that the brain is an organ, and when it doesn't function the way it's supposed to, then a lot of stuff is hard to do. What you find easy to do is hard to do for someone with chronic depression.
I imagine she gets paid on the back end somehow. Does she have a cleaning company or something and the free houses work as advertisement? I think that's how the lawn people get their money.
