My question is; how can one increase or decrease the size of the image while working with Google docs on Android

I had some questions but I notice that most of the videos I've seen about Google Docs have more options available to the user than what I have on the device that I use. The document I created is a table per page with various cells (rows and columns that contain text and bullets that were/are formatted to each cell/column that I choose).
