I miss your show. My son and I watched every single episode. Now he is a wonderful small scale farmer and an amazing cook. That cheeseball looked delicious.

Man, I can watch this ALL day!
When she popped up with the saltines I lost it hahaha....
The depth of this nation is in a way, showcased in this fine lady's television.
And in it's depth lies it's greatness, North, South, East & West.

I am so sorry to see you won't be doing your cooking show any more. It's there lost. No it's our lost. Aside from having a great show , you are an incredibly beautiful woman. I would love to see you get a nationly syndicated show. You deserve it. I wish you the very best in what ever you want to do. God bless you and your family.

I've watched a million different cooking shows. A Chef's Life - is 100% genuine. I always loved her humility and her ability to go right back to the source and show where ingredients come from. She always showcased each of her staff. That's so rare. We expect the F'bombs that Chef Gordon Ramsey - engages in. Kindness, History, Humility, Honesty. I so wish that she could find the time to knock out a few segments yearly. Like I said - I've watched a million cooking shows - None of them has brought me to almost tears. ( I said almost ) A great show. Every Time.

Thank you Vivian for making this great video on YT! It is just what I needed tonight. I grew up in the South & used to live in Ga. & N.C. I miss that down-home quality. Your recipes take me back to my childhood & a simpler, more relaxed time.

The best rib roast is deep fried in peanut oil. Season the roast then slowly lower the roast into the hot grease to keep the seasonings on the roast. This is cooked like a fried turkey, 3.5 min per pound at 350 degrees. The center is still rare with the crispy fried seasoned outerside.
