If you make the syrups with 2 parts sugar to 1 part water, they don’t need to be refrigerated! As a bartender said, “the goal is to make pourable sugar, not sweetened water”
I appreciate the tip! I don’t mind refrigerating them though, the whole point of me starting to make them at home was to cut back on the sugar 🥰

Those look amazing! I would just recommend not using metal in your non-stick pots/pans, if they get scratched it’s super toxic!
I don’t use metal, I have all wooden spoons and the end of my muddle is rubber :)

Ahh I’ve been wanting to make vanilla bean syrup. Could you make this with xylitol to completely avoid bad sugars?
I usually make my syrups with coconut palm sugar but I’ve been out!
