Wilbur graves and var. thanksgiving cactus are on my wishlist too! I was able to get a 2-leaf light splash Wilbur graves locally this year, but still want a high splash/silver version one day ☺️
I don't necessarily have a wishlist but have plants I want. It's more of I'm on the hunt for plants that remind Me of mom. The plants she had while I was growing up I want now that she and her collection are gone. My husband did just get me not only a regular green shefflera but also a variegated one as well. My mother's plant that died at the time it died I could hide behind it , not that I'm a big person I am only 4'11" but the plant she had was over five foot and over 30 years old.
I’ve been on an Alocasia haul this year! Used to buy all adult larger plants now buying starter plants and watching them grow is my new adventure/passion.
I love watching your videos, you are so down to earth! I have expanded my plant collection because of you, and my philodendron and alocasia black velvet are thriving! It is encouraging to see you can learn to care for difficult plants over time and that it's ok to make mistakes. We love you, Emma!
Hoya Wilbur Graves definitely a hard one to get. Maybe when you visit Dublin i can get a piece ☺️and you choose from my collection what you like for it. I got my Hoya Gunung Gading wishlist after so many years. Is another amazing Hoya especially when is sun stressed. I also need a Hoya Obovata in my collection the splash one i had variegated one before from a cutting of someone but didn’t make it. I actually like it more than the Hoya Kerri versions.
I don't really have a huge collection, I think I might have around twelve species and I also have tree terrariums with mostly fittonias, but this year I was able to get a zz plant (cause my previous zz died due to overwatering) and also I recently got a philodendron lemon lime, which was marketed as a epipremnum neon green, so I have a new philodendron but I wanted to fill up my actual epipremnum neon green 😅
I managed to pick up an Epipremnum giganteum this year, so that came off my wishlist.... and then the variegated Epipremnum giganteum went right back on!
If my rangsan has a major growth spurt in the spring (its fairlysmall at the moment), I'd happily send a cutting for some of your begonia arabian sunset. Otherwise I've definitely seen them on grow tropicals/house of kojo at decent prices. Can't wait to see your 2025 wishlist for inspo. I'm getting new milsbo shelves for Christmas which will hopefully give me more room for more plants 😂
@ the variegation pattern is the main tell-tale sign (once you do a Google search on both you’ll see why). Also, Macrorrhiza’s leaves have a waxy texture and are super shiny. It’s also known as an Alocasia Odora Splash btw!

Your plants look better than ever😊 Whilst keeping to your yearly plant goals.

I keep a Google doc lol. I write down the date l find a plant, as much info as I can, and a checklist to track who l got.
Yeah I did that for a bit at the beginning of the year but dropped off

Hey! Just letting you know that you have an Alocasia Odora Batik, not a Macrorrhiza.
ooh interesting! It was sold as a macrorrhiza 🤷♀️ would you mind explaining the difference please?

Are ya Alocasia in pon or an aeroid mix?
🤍🤍
I got 50 plants this year 😅
Lack-tee-ah ghost
Thanks for that!
Are you planning to get anything for your Un-Birthday???
Nope! Just another day in the life 🥰
