Thank's Rick, for keeping our dreams/cycles alive. We love you cause you love our vintage cycles enough to do what the oem failed to.

Sweet. It is nice to see someone stand by their product and not forget the guy who can buy a new machine every 3-4 years.

By the way I just received both a Rick's regulator and stator in the mail. Looking forward to getting the bike on the road this week.

Can anybody verify Ricks Motorsports? I need a stator/Rectifier for my 954, and I was interested in the Ricks. Is it just cheap rebranded Chinese stuff? Or are they quality parts?

The regulator rectifiers they were selling for the 1993 honda cbr 600 f2 and many other bikes before 2022 were terrible. They lasted just as long as the $20 chinese ones, but I figured they were a good product because electrical components are their specialty. I went through 3 in 3 years and my electrical system is sound, fresh battery. Each riding season, just past warranty it would suddenly fry on me while riding and was left to push my motorcycle home or pay $130 for a tow (which i've done the former many times). I will not be investing in their product until they design and thoroughly test these hundred dollar rectifiers so they perform the way they should! Until then, i'm buying OEM.
