- 100% Fixed Solution For PS4 DLC Waiting to Install cannot find application
In this video we will look in depth to fix all issues relating to PS4 cannot find application, or Waiting to Install cannot find application using a new PS profile. Following is the Steps
1. Find the PSN region of your profile
2. Find the Code of the Game on the Box it came in
3. Google and find out which region that Code belongs
4. Create a New PSN profile using the region that you found in Google
5. Install the DLC in the new region
6. If your DLC is paid, simply refund the one which is not working and buy again from the new region
7. For Currency mismatch simply buy the gift card of that region using your home currency
8. Install the DLC
9. Go Back to your Primary PSN Region
10. Continue your saved file and DLC installed.

Hey Guys, I have found a solution to the issue of where your dlcs are paid, so you can purchase dlc from a different region with your home currency just by purchasing a psn gift card. Psn gift card can be purchased using your home currency and the gift card can be of any currency in the world. So if you have dollars and need Indian Rupees to buy a dlc, simply purchase a psn gift card that has Indian rupees in it, you can buy this gift card using dollars. You can buy this gift card from most of the online stores, just search in Google. Hope it helps.

Hey man, I recently bought the season pass to assassins creed origins and I have the game on disc. I looked into the regional code and found it was made in Europe and made a new account in the United Kingdom (only one I found with English) I went to download my files on that account but it still did not work. Will I have to buy it on the uk account, buy it digitally or did I go wrong somewhere? Thank you a billion

When creating a new user, did you use the same email address or did you have to create a new one? I tried creating a new user through the console and wasn't able to log in to my PSN account, nor was I able to have the option to enter my region.

Hi, I've been having the same problem. I have the psn account on the region USA and I have the watchdogs game of region 2. I downloaded an add on from the store and it tells me to download the watchdogs 2 demo from the store which is free. My question is will the add on work on the region 2 disc as well, after I download the demo?
Not sure why a DLC would require you to download a demo. However your DLC has to be downloaded from Region 2 PSN account only in order for you to install it successfully.
Region 2: Western Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Egypt, and Japan.
Also to avoid redoing the work I would rather find the exact country the Game Disc belongs to, using the code on your game box and use the same region to create a PSN account.

Hi there so I am from South Africa and purchased eldin ring dlc for R750, however my physical disc region is 'All'.... do I now have to purchase the full game again?
Update: Fortunately I got a full refund from Sony. I explained to them that I accidentally purchased a different region dlc and that I did not download it.

i have the same problem, my Witcher disc is region 2 but i have a USA account, i bought the DLC from the US store but it won't install, it keeps saying (waiting to install) they force me to go to the store again and buy the Game which compatible with the DLC. is there any way to make it work on my region 2 Disk other than opening another account (region 2) and buy the DlC again ??
No there is no other way you have to follow the process as shown in this video

Check on the bottom on the side of your cd if it says cusa and numbers its from usa , eu or smth like that eu , asia = asia , but most cds imported from USA

OK people, to save time for some of you, this only works if the DLC is free, otherwise if you bought your DLC with another account, sadly you have to pay again for the DLC so you should better try to get a refund or otherwise buy the digital game
Yes, But if you have a paid DLC just refund the one that is not working and buy the DLC from your game region through virtual currency of the Foreign region

2. If you buy the application from UK PSN account the DLC should work
3. But the Game may not have the saved data. You might have to start from scratch.
Better Solution:
1. Refund the DLC that you purchased from UK account ASAP.
2. Create a Mexico Account and try downloading a free DLC and see if it works.
3. If it works Buy the DLC from the Mexico Region.
4. For Mexico Currency simply purchase a "PSN Mexico Gift Card" using your local currency and use it to buy the DLC.
Pls make sure to follow the above solution in exactly the same order.

Hello, I was hoping you can clarify this issue before I go forward. I have a USA Region 1 PS4 and PSN account and have a Region 2 Assassins Creed Origins disc. I didn't realize I had a Region 2 disc until about 40+ hours of gameplay. I created a UK PSN account in the hopes to buy the Season Pass DLC. No Disc is all region, it specifies a region, someone in the comments mentioned that, you can also Google the same.

Hi, i have assassins creed valhalla in a disc version with region 4. My psn account is a USA version. I bought ac valhalla season pass. It doesnt install like in your video you showed. Since there is an issue with the regions there. I will then have to ask for refund and then create a new account which is in region 4 and then buy the dlc thorough that isnt it. But since the process is too long. Will it work if i do like this? What if i change the region of my original USA account to Australia (Australia is a country considered in region 4) and try installing the dlc again. Will that work ? If you bought the game from PS Store then you need to download the DLC from the same PSN. Dont use different PSN to download a Game then a different PSN for a DLC. You need to download the GAME and the DLC from the same PSN account.

Yes, Digital DLC - is associated with your PSN account, where as Disc DLC is either DLC included with your game disc or a separate Code is given along with the disc.

If you have a GOTY edition you dont need to download DLC from online it is included in the disc.

Yes, please refund the one you purchased and create a PSN account of the same region as the game. Once created purchase the dlc from that region. If you don't want to take the risk, simply download a free dlc of the game from the new region psn. If the free dlc works than the paid dlc should also work.

Also apparently you can't do all of this process if the DLC you've bought is a season pass from a game or a DLC level itself

I think you need to level up in the game to access it
You can access all DLC of Witcher 3 as you progress in the game, some also unlocks when you talk to certain NPC. SO dont need to install anything just keep playing you will get the DLC areas in game.

I couldn't understand half of what you said, but seeing as your purchase is very recent, first thing to do is return the DLC and get refund ASAP. Next follow the Video.
