R1 by far is more of a raw riding experience, you feel everything lol but the new GSXR1000's have a slightly more comfy seating position and over all its a way smoother ride and its nimble kinda like the new S1ks. Roughly the new GSXR and R1 cost about the same, it all boils down to riding and sound preference.
@ that’s was I’m looking for a noble precise bike, my 07 r1 is just that, but it stopped running, my current zx10r 2023 is a top end monster but I dislike the wide body and low bars I’m debating between the new r1, gsxr 1000r, or s1krr to get next I love the looks of the r1 and s1krr the gsxr looks okay but I really wish they would put dual lights up front to give it a cleaner symmetrical look
@@2025.yamaha.R1 Sweet man! The single light threw me off at first but I actually upgraded and ill make a video with it so you can see it. I personally have rode all the bikes and the gsxr1000 and the s1kr are definitely top riding quality. The R1 has them both beat when it comes to sound no doubt but its too track mode for me personally.
I personally love the sound of the Yoshi more than Akrapovic but What I've noticed after searching for this bike is the dealerships are actually the ones installing the full Yoshi's on the 24' and 25' gsxr1000s so they can up the price on the sale. So full Yoshi costs maybe 1,200-1,400 initially but on the break down sheet wen buying the bike they have the price at 2,000 for the full exhaust and install.
hey man awesome bike. question, ive got a cbr650r and looking to upgrade, i like the zx6r but dunno if its abit of a waste of money ans should go for a 1000cc. i like the gsxr1000 as here in australia i can get one for good $$ and most other 1000s are way too expensive. also do you find the 1k as much fun as the 600??
I actually started with a cbr650r thenb upgraded to a zx6r funny enough! the truth is as much as I love the 1000cc its just way too much power to even be able to use, I would still have my zx6r today if I could have kept it. I believe the zx6r has plenty of power you will be able to actually use on the road. I mostly ride in 1st to 3rd gear on the road and it does get kinda boring sometimes untill I hit the highway lol I hope this helps!!!
@ thnx bro, yeh helps alot. here in aus our highways arent that big so i reckon ill probs go the 600, maybe r9 when that comes out but yeh i mighr rethink the 1k ur a legend ✌️
