I could be wrong but I will at least say that someone looked at this and then brought it to Coder so I think that the person who looked at this was the one in charge of whatever penalties should happen.
That or since it was in unrated, nothing happens.
Minor Update I now have a similar list for dragonmaids, on paper, its pretty much the same deck no new names just some slight quantity adjustments

When CardGirlChick said "10 more seconds" I remembered who they were! I faced off against them and were whining, saying that Area 0 wouldn't resolve if the target left the field (Classic 1 A0 2 Raye) and just not talked to me after that. When I left, they pretty much insulted me, and I blocked them.
Hope you report them. Bad behaviour like this shouldn't be tolerated.

@@night.breeze Yeah, but sometimes you just don't have any other real option than to play with randos to scratch the itch, very few of my friends play with the frequency I do, nor do they play anything different than anythinf from a single to a handful of decks (I'm also somewhat guilty of the latter) it's a breath of fresh air so to speak but I agree it's very discouraging to know and see moderators not doing anything about toxicity due to there being "no punishment for leaving" or "It's unranked it doesn't matter"
Yugioh as a community has a sad problem with elitism where when people think they're good enough their ego prevents them from associating with newer, inexperienced or casual players. This is a problem that occurs in all settings with a relatively small but prominent group and it's something you do not see in any other TCG community.
I mean, sure, the wise move would have been to leave for Red.
But he didn't because not giving Blue what he wants is actually a bit important here.
I had matches in which I didn't want to play the opposing Deck, so I leave. Simple.
But forcing the opponent to leave is an entirely different story. It shouldn't be encouraged. And Red didn't.
Hence why I respect Red for "being stupid and not leaving". Blue is an A-hole, though.

the only way to win against CGC is ignoring him or getting him banned; responding to them in any way, or doing what red did only feeds his big internet ego. Dude's got not life, as seen in the replay, so he will always win when it comes to time spent in these duels, he will block you if you disagree, will insult you in chat and get his "simps" (and alts) to attack you on DMs, etc. He's been doing this for a decade

This is kind of why I stopped using DB for the most part. Unrated goes completely unchecked for toxcity and actual cheating. Every time I asked why other formats had to suffer for the lack of judges I got shut down. Expert players are players who could be made judges and have passed the test for DB, but honestly it isn't a fight worth having. It won't change.
It has been 10 years and the guy is still pulling the same shit. They used to do it on DN too.

It's times like these that make me thankful I play in Master Duel. Cause, 1. No silly arguments can happen because there's no chat and 2. At worst, my opponent makes me wait few minutes while they don't play, not several hours

I haven't really used DB much lately, but man do I remember CardGirlChick. They have always been a relatively toxic person. The reason it's annoying is that you cannot terminate a duel, and unrated duels save into your profile. There could be a option to terminate a duel, equivalent to a draw.

Dragon maids are really fun to play against though (at least for me) I enjoy the match ups I get with them quite a lot even if I might lose sometimes.
I agree wirh you. I've run into Dragonmaids multiple times in Master Duel and it's a really fun matchup depending on what deck you're running. CardGirlChick was really out of line here. If you don't like the deck your going against then leave, don't pull a bitch move like this.

This is also like that other video where players waited a long time for a simple ruling that the other player could have just said except it got cranked up to 11 but no missed rulings (because no one played anything for 8 hours.)

I don't think CGC broke any rules here besides being toxic, which warrants only a slap on his wrist. @@rienobuko4324 Intentional stalling is against the rules and the act of presenting the ultimatum of "take the draw or I'll stay here until you're forced to leave and I win anyway" is harassment/coercion. They're a known troll, and DB could easily ban them. CGC is taking advantage of the fact that they know they'll get away with it. The worst part is that DB is completely aware of this. In my opinion, that makes them complicit.

@DistantCoder: I remember cardgirlchick, I played here a long time ago, when I first heard that dueling book was a think, and it was in unrated Traditional, I do not remember exactly what happen, either she was cheating during a duel, and refuse to continued playing unless I let here cheat, or because she just refuse to play against any sort of deck, except a joke deck that a player build to just lose. So I check in my dueling book and I already block here. I just went in their and block Gojin because he did not have the commen sense to just leave, so basicly, both of them where just troll vs troll.
I've never cheated once, people do try to cheat vs me all the time though, you were probably one of them and your anger has clouded your memory.
I usually don't spend 8 hours in a duel and am very commonly friendly and will play out a bad hand until the last possible moment, I just don't like entitled people touting a faux moral superiority while they try to be as shitty a person they can be

i hosted once in unrated in tcg/ocg, my deck had at that time an ocg card with jet synchron be banned in tcg. The moment my opponent saw jet synchron, he paused the duel because "jet is banned in tcg" (remember, we are at tcg/ocg option). I told him that tcg/ocg means that it allows both tcg and ocg exclusive cards in a deck. His response? "tcg/ocg is the same as tcg only, but no-one bothers to switch to tcg-only and if someone want to use ocg cards, they must use the ocg option or say that they use ocg-only cards in tcg/ocg".

It's his/her idea of power over others. Like "I gave you the chance to accept a draw" is clearly someone that think are above others and know more than anyone else. That person is probably narcissistic.
Because human pride is a dangerous thing. Some people will go into extreme lengths to protect that pride and a war of attrition was what Blue was willing to do if it meant not losing because they've already committed themselves so far into the situation. Same thing happened with Red, both players have invested so much into the situation that they felt that backing down now would be damaging to their pride.

Blue was.... I mean you saw it, but red also kept enabling them and chose to stay for 8 HOURS just to prove a point that absolutely didn't even matter.
In fairness to red, they said right at the start that if blue was going to act this way, they were fine with waiting blue out to keep blue away from other players for however long the game lasted.

The fact that seeing the words "You won the duel!" appear onscreen was worth 8 hours (plus having your shameful behavior chronicled for all to see) to Blue is genuinely depressing. Seriously, just type it in a wordpad document and stare at it all day if it means that much to you...
Some may argue that the same goes for Red, but it seems clear to me that they weren't sticking around for the win but rather to fuck with Blue as it's own form of entertainment which, I mean... fair enough.
