Divis labs is not a diagnostic company
One critical point which was missed out was the promoter pledge. this is one of the very few listed companies which have had 100% promoter pledge for a long time.
Too much promoter holding is pledged. I don't think it's a good sign.
Can anyone plz share their opinion on this...?
Superb! Akshat, we need swing trading and F&O series too. I think F&O series from you will be very informative & helpful (atleast for hedging purposes as you mentioned previously).
Hi Akshat, also screener says, 100% of promoter holdings is pledged, is it because of PharmEasy acquisition. Understandable if PharmEasy's stocks are pledged, but why Thyrocare stocks are pledged 100%?
Bro, he doesn't do F&o trading as far as i know, and they're only used for hedging and not for profits, it's much better to just go with the cash you have instead of going with the loaned amount as we all know that market is pretty weird in its own ways most of the times.

Hi Akshat, I am from the diagnostic industry and I found few wrong points in the video.
DR lal is also doing b2b and also has HLM business.
Tyrocare business is not stable and there are lot of new B2B players who are offering similar rates so thyrocare stocks are going down.
Also there are some hospitals and big player entering the diagnostic business like medall, reliance, adani and more
Basically he has to run his UA-cam channel, n it's difficult for him to make quality video on new topics every week..
So he become financial advisor on UA-cam..
But you can check his all past recommendation or live investing videos n see how much loss he is making....
Swing trade very important concept please do a content on that topic and thanks for lot of learnings 👌

Thyrocare,Dr.Lal all will have very tough time as Tata 1mg is coming out with diagnostics with help of AI,which will drastically reduce the cost.

Thyrocare has lower prices because they have a bulk testing system that requires high numbers but costs cheaper. It differs from both Dr Lals & Metropolis in its testing system. This can be a challenge sometimes but they have managed successfully over the years. I have been a B2C for the last 10 years but am shifting to Healthians because they are cheaper and more convenient.
Divis Labs is not a Thyrocare/Lalpath labs kind of business

Hey Akshat, With Tata and Adani planning to foray into diagnostic space and the existing presence of Dr. Lal Pathlabs as an extremely strong player, the prospects of Thyrocare do not look very exciting. Current valuation is however tempting and calibrated positions can be taken for swing trade as you have opined.
I would go for divis lab and Dr Lal instead of thyrocare. Because those 2 companies have proven their strong capabilities.
Not sure if you missed B2C and B2B part.

It is not true that Thyrocare is fully B to B. They are also B to C. I have my tests done through Thyrocare. They come to my house to collect samples.
