Thank you for sharing. A question: Assuming that the you presented the case, as a contractor, who has both earned and actual costs. How, in the case of on the client's side, can EVM be applied, given that for Capital Expenditure, money is expended, but not earned. It would appear that as a client, earned and actual is the same thing, but just a matter of when accounts dept. Registers it. Thanks again
Thanks Ali. The scope of our services does not only include beginners. We have a variety of courses that cover different competency levels. However, our UA-cam videos cover the essential knowledge and are intended to be short and educational. Carlito, thanks for sharing your experience. The main point of this video was not relying solely on SPI/SV to assess the schedule status, especially toward the end of the project. Having said that, using the EVM scheduling metrics in conjunction with the CPM schedule, reveals great facts about the project and is highly recommended.
Very insightful. Thank you.
Thanks Sarah.

Nice but the video is not clear
Ramaswami, what is not clear? If you provide more information, we can better serve you.
You're correct but I think the word "Reliable" is not entirely correct. SPI is not wrong for me, and SPI/SV is very useful for me in other way.

Hi! You're correct. I am an EVM fun, I am not happy looking at the word "not reliable". Sorry.
That's fine Carlito. Thanks for expressing your opinion.
