The process of gold takes time. They do most everything themselves with the help of their team from their own company.

I told you,,, i see SB19 on the thumbnail... i click. Now I sub... cause I do enjoy your reactions. Their MVs and lyric videos have English sub titles. Pick any one at random because they are all good. It's like opening a box of chocolates. Some reactors do 2 to 3 reactions of the same song in one go. First, MV or lyric video, followed by a seated live performance on the wish bus. Then, if it's a dance track, live stage performance because the boys are excellent dancers too. Gento is a slang for "ganito" (like this) and is also a double entendre to “ginto” (gold).
it is about empowerment and uses gold mining as a metaphor for achieving success, alluding to the band's career. The process of gold takes time. They do most everything themselves with the help of their team from their own company.

Song Description: GENTO is a slang way of saying "gan'to" or "ganito", which means "like this" in English. The song is about working hard to dig up your own gold (gold is "ginto" in Filipino). You work hard "like this", just like how they are showing you to work hard in the mv, or just like they are telling you to in the song.
