A guide for Amy's optimal combos once she has Red Rose Perception (RRP). It shows what combos should be done once you have RRP and don't aim for PRP.
This video shows you Normal Hit Combos, Counter Hit Combos and Lethal Hit Combos. There's no Soul Charge combos as Amy's Soul Charge has no SC input influence on her combos.

For more clarification, "optimal" does NOT necessarily means maximum damage. In some combos, I traded one or two damage for a way better post combo situation. For example:
LP B - WR K.A - A.A.A does three less damage than if you use 4B.B after LP B.
However, A.A.A leaves you +6 at range 0. Amy is considerably positive, at the good range for a 1B. 4B.B resets neutral.
It seems fair to me than losing 2 or 3 damage for such post combo mixups or pressure is key to playing Amy in the best way. My limit was 5 damage. If 4B.B does 5 more damage or more than a better oki move or post combo tool, I went for 4B.B
Note Amy's probably the most complicated character when it comes to combos as she has four different modes and fives stances, a great game of oki, forceblocks, damage, rose stacking combos or not rose stacking combos. You can play her in many different ways.
I think all the combos mentioned are optimal as they work on every character (except Astaroth with 666B filler) consistently for the best damage/oki thing.
