electrocute is not nerfed, it was buffed by a huge amount early game: Base damage changed to 50 − 190 (based on level) from 30 − 220 (based on level). essentially, it is because electrocute change that he got this kill because at level 2 new electrocute does 18 more damage than before. it does 58 at lvl 2 now, before it did 41 dmg. also, if he took dark harvest he definately does not kill here because it only does 20 damage at 0 stacks. by the time the old electrocute outscales the new one the dmg is nowhere near as meaningful which is at level 9. at level 9 the new one does 116 and the old one did 119. at level 10 the new electrocute is worse by about 3 dmg per level which is nowher near as important as 20 dmg at lvl 1. the difference at level 11 is 10 dmg less than before, so as you can see that 10 dmg at lvl 11 up to 30 dmg less at level 18 is not a meaningful nerf relative to how buffed it is early game. however, if you were mistaking the electrocute change for the dark harvest nerf then yea dark harvest is essentialyl dogshit now, it takes 18 souls just to be equal to electrocute and is useless completely in early game, it essentially is worse than the minor dmg runes until like 10 stacks, idk y they made dark harvest so shit
Wei hasn't been a top jg since spring 22. ( Yes i know they swapped him and won) Spring 22 best player literally on the world, won msi hard carrying rng. After that he's been literally one of the worst jgs on lpl. I really don't understand what happened to him. Xun on the other hand has never been top class in anything other than kindred. He doesn't have many good picks and even though he regularly picked carry jgs he doesn't perform that well.
yeah swapping 3-4 players around & putting in arguable worst players in that position definitely didn't have any impact on his gameplay whatsoever. In 2 years he went from playing with players like Bin & Xiahou & Gala to Angel, Breathe & then Tangyuan & LWX. Now in spring 23 he still had Gala (in RNG Prison) & Ming (Probably best Engage supp player ever) but during poke meta was pretty mediocre. He had a downgrade in top, & Mid, Bot lane was handicapped due to Poke Champs being meta but yeah we are still having problems understanding why wei wasn't performing well. FFS
& in summer 23, he didnt even have Gala or Ming, Bot lane was LP & LvMao a clear downgrade, Playing with 4 different players who are definitely a downgrade from the previous players but Yes it is Wei's fault that RNG sucked he was bad & definitely not stuck in btw bad players
