@@mechavira101 martyrdom is never a win. While it is the supreme sacrifice and we as civillians or even the army men respect and admire that great soul and the legendary life he lived, we have to understand that he has lost the most beautiful gift of nature i,e. life and those family members who depended on him will now have to go through emotional and mental trauma. Gen Dua! Salute to you..Vande matram..Bharat mata ki jai..
It is the self esteem which drives you to create a collective self esteem aligned to a much higher cause that could even be to defeat the enemy and die in the battlefield and sacrifice your life for the cause of nation.
A leader has to be honest and lead from front to inspire his entire team of soldiers with dedication and commitment to even lay down the life for his leader, the team and institution to which he belongs and for his country..
As I have served in Ministry of Defence in civilian capacity, I can understand the value of and feel each and every word of Lt Gen Dua...please listen to him with your full heart, it will enrich your soul and personality and teach you an invaluable lesson for your entire life.
