My husband built 2 cabins totally by himself. The first was a log cabin about 3 times the size of this one..he used it as his shop. The logs we got from dried out trees in an old forest fire area. I did help him get the logs, but the only other thing I helped him with was to place the first 3 purlens on top for the beginning of the roof. The second cabin he built out of leftover wood planks, just for something to do with his time. It was about the same size as this one. This one is nicely built though. He also built 3 coups for our chickens, ducks and peacocks; a small barn and fences for our Minature Donkeys; a large greenhouse and raised garden; a gazebo around our round cedar hot tub; a bridge made out of small driftwood; and various other things. He was one of the hardest workers on the planet. Unfortunately, he passed away at the age of 51. Long story, but for various reasons we lost all of it and our small acerage. I miss him, our home, and our animals very much..but I'm grateful for those "Good Times".

Mighty consistent and good quality lumber for wind fallen tree logs.
So far I’m enjoying this Minecraft let’s play! Got any redstone farms planned?
@@Bboi-rc8oxbro, you have a Rick Sanchez profile because you think you're just as edgy and smart as he is. If anyone needs to do some growing up it's you.
@@Bboi-rc8ox didn't knew you could get that offended by reading a comment.
@@Bboi-rc8ox Cool down smartass. The dude was just telling a Minecraft joke.
@@Bboi-rc8ox because profile pictures show personality and rick and morty is for childish people

People are amazing...such skill in this build. So very impressive in design and execution!!!
Маладец генацвале. Супер. Нивести тибие харошши.
They sound like GREAT TIMES. Always Smile, never stop. I’m sure he still knows the same to be true about you. God Bless! ❤ many people, places, and things I miss too. But we must fight on. To be the voice for everyone we Love who has passed. Thank you for sharing.

Wow. Absolutely amazing! 😮
That’s some damn fine carpentry skills my friend. Really impressive work with the bare minimum amount of tools, can’t wait to be that good at what you are doing.
I can imagine how long it takes with just bare minimum amount of tools
@@Idontpicksides Not long if he was using Power tools. (which I have found many signs of), such as circumference cutting marks (a mark made by a saw that can't reach the full length of the log until its full length has met the entirety of the wood, in turn leaving marks for over shots), perfect cuts exactly the length needed, as well as a doweled log head! almost impossible to make with your hands alone.
@simonschnackenberg3355 he claims to have a hand drill that he fashioned out of rock and stick, which to my knowledge is feasible.
