A small suggestion from someone who studied public speaking: I would try to use my hands a little less - your constant hand waving distracts a little bit from the great content you are bringing in your video. And another small thing: try to use "last but not least" less often. When used 6 or seven times in a video, makes you look a little less credible. According to google the estimated price is 0.0003858$ and for 500M coins its less than 200k$ total value Considering your assumption at 1M coins a day it will last for 500 days i.e. 1 yr 4 months Also considering you can get 30 coins a day with ads and mining if you don't invite And at the price of 0.0003858$ (which may be right coz many small coins are around this price and its not big like Bitcoin that's its price might be higher so i guess its more or less correct) You will get less than 6$ in 500 days which is not bad for pressing a button but considering you will watch ads every 30 minutes for 30 seconds is it worth it for 6$ ?

Having competition isn't always bad. Sure, many of those apps will turn out to be scams or failed projects, but one or more might actually pull through and maybe do a few things different/better than Pi. BUT I agree it's starting to get annoying to look at the same "project" every week just with a different name and UI.

Did anyone else get the lootbox yet? I feel like the available supply is not accurate. In 2 weeks, the rate at which the supply is decreasing has not changed. You would think over time, the supply would be mined faster because more people would be mining.

I have the same criticisms as well, the white paper doesn't have any significant detailed information on it and nothing on what they have in store for their coin/"network". Yes, I'm still pressing the button daily. IMHO not the most promising project and I don't expect to get anything out of it, but it doesn't hurt to press the button in case the project actually achieves a value someday. Thanks for the feedback. Among all the mobile apps I'm using I think Phoneum, GeoCash, Pi, and TimeStope are the ones that already made enough progress to really proof that they are legit. With others, like, for example, Bee Network, there are a lot of positive signs but it's just too early to know for sure.

If you use sign up with Facebook or Google you don't really risk anything. The login features only grant apps access to your email and few details like your name. If you are worried about your data security or so, I'd say use a separate/new Google account for all of the apps you are not sure about, but I wouldn't go as far as to say a new account/email for each app. Besides that, if you want to take things a step further, don't install them on your phone but within BlueStacks (Android emulator) on your computer, so then you also don't have to worry about what kind of permissions they are asking.

That also doesn't make much more sense to me, sadly. I don't understand what makes you believe that a device or network of some kind that is named "Alpha Network" would be in any way connected to the project in this video. Doesn't help much when there isn't a single real use case. Their own exchange tells it all, 101,000 sell orders in comparison to only 1,000 buy orders. Supply alone isn't everything and unless the team actually comes up with: 1. proof that we are looking at a real blockchain 2. one or more real usecases The project will just die eventually.

Looks like a scam to earn money through advertisement. Alpha network has capped their coin supply to 500 million and there is a countdown in the app showing how many crypto is available. I am tracking the number since 3 days and I have noticed that exactly 600 coins are reduced per minute. If people are joining in the past 3 days the rate of reduction should increase and not remain the same.

True, didn't mention that in the video, but they mention their contact email, although many other projects also have ways to contact the team - the big question would be how long it takes to hear back. Anyways, I also consider there responses on Facebook positive but that alone won't be enough. Btw. in terms of being able to contact the team and getting answer my personal winner would be TimeStope, they even have people in a live chat during certain hours of the day on their website and are really responsive.

OK you have coins that you cannot exchange for money, in the meantime you are dreaming collecting coins and watching ads, but at the end the concept is to make them make money by clicking their ads.
You can go through life and look at everything from a negative perspective or you can be realistic and understand that: 1. the chance of any of these "press a button get a new crypto" apps succeeding is quite small but not zero 2. if the project fails or was really just a "scam" to generate ad revenue for the creators then you lost nothing but a few seconds of your time While Alpha Network might not be the most promising project there are some that are already real cryptocurrencies, like, for example, Hi Dollars - see ua-cam.com/video/crnZx1l8oiY/v-deo.html - with a value of more than $1 per token right now.

Doesn't help much when there isn't a single real use case. Their own exchange tells it all, 101,000 sell orders in comparison to only 1,000 buy orders.
Supply alone isn't everything and unless the team actually comes up with:
1. proof that we are looking at a real blockchain
2. one or more real usecases
The project will just die eventually.

Looks like a scam to earn money through advertisement. Alpha network has capped their coin supply to 500 million and there is a countdown in the app showing how many crypto is available. I am tracking the number since 3 days and I have noticed that exactly 600 coins are reduced per minute. If people are joining in the past 3 days the rate of reduction should increase and not remain the same.

True, didn't mention that in the video, but they mention their contact email, although many other projects also have ways to contact the team - the big question would be how long it takes to hear back. Anyways, I also consider there responses on Facebook positive but that alone won't be enough.
Btw. in terms of being able to contact the team and getting answer my personal winner would be TimeStope, they even have people in a live chat during certain hours of the day on their website and are really responsive.

OK you have coins that you cannot exchange for money, in the meantime you are dreaming collecting coins and watching ads, but at the end the concept is to make them make money by clicking their ads.
You can go through life and look at everything from a negative perspective or you can be realistic and understand that:
1. the chance of any of these "press a button get a new crypto" apps succeeding is quite small but not zero
2. if the project fails or was really just a "scam" to generate ad revenue for the creators then you lost nothing but a few seconds of your time
While Alpha Network might not be the most promising project there are some that are already real cryptocurrencies, like, for example, Hi Dollars - see ua-cam.com/video/crnZx1l8oiY/v-deo.html - with a value of more than $1 per token right now.
