My Mom has late stage Alzheimer's, and as her caregiver, I'm filled with anxiety, stress, and fear every day. It is like a nightmare. But, I listen to your videos as often as I can, because they help ease my anxiety and nausea. I'm truly grateful for what you do. You are a beautiful soul.

I remember providing care to my late grandmother who had Alzheimer’s. It was extremely difficult to watch her slip away and then become a shell of her previous self. It was very draining emotionally and physically but I found joy in it because I knew she was safe and it was her wish to be taken care of by family.
I know the days can seem like weeks and it’s also scary because the time you have left may be so little. You are not alone. Please take time for yourself and not feel guilty about it. Being a caregiver is the greatest gift you can give someone so please give yourself grace. Sending virtual hugs.
Ps- People with Alzheimer’s are often triggered positively by music. Play an old favorite for your mom.❤️
