Two of Ireland's favourite country stars have come together to record the beautiful song "I Fall To Pieces". Originally a hit for Patsy Cline in 1961, the Hank Cochran and Harlan Howard penned classic was Patsy's first number one on the American country charts. John McNicholl and Niamh Lynn have collaborated with producer Martin Quinn to bring a subtle and smooth version of this romantic and wistful country standard to the airwaves.

Came across this randomly as UA-cam played songs similar to what I started out listening to..... I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how well this version of the song was done. It is my opinion, as a rule of thumb, that singers should not take on certain songs because of how iconic the artist is or an artist's version of the song is, especially such iconic artists as the AMAZING Patsy Cline. In this case, however, the world would be missing out had John & Niamh not chosen to take on such an iconic song. This is such a wonderful rendition of Fall to Pieces and I think it is different enough to stand on its own......Thank you both for coming together to create this great new version of this song and for bringing this song to a whole new generation of listeners, who might've otherwise never heard it. Absolutely love it!

A very well done duet. John does a good job but when Niamh begins singing, it reaches another dimension. Patsy Cline would be very proud of this version,especially Niamh. Niamh needs to come to the U.S. and go to Nashville, tour, etc.
