Mr pika i know some video ago you told me to wait for some new carachter to use my summon. But I have albedo at 5 star is it worth to use all my summons and diamond to get her to 6 stars and miss the next hero?

Pika, i dont have her but the damage share from shalltear can reduce her CD from red dragon?
