I love the look of those metal boxes!!! How did I not see this video when I was stalking your channel??!! Lol jk...kinda..lol. I love videos like this. Those dvd sounds are like music to my ears. You should add some of these titals to your amazon program. Especially the blu rays! I’m adding on to my collection and would love to help you out in the process!

Happy-one-day-late Thanksgiving haha. My family does not celebrate that holiday where I live, but it's nice that most are having a nice time. Also, your boyfriend must be really old school as soon as I saw Ghostbusters AND Kubrick movies involved there. xD

The films I showed in this video are only about 1/4 of his entire collection! It would take me an entire day to film it and go through it all haha.

It's rather appropriate that you pull Ghostbusters out of a Criterion Collection bag, considering Ghostbusters was part of the Criterion Collection in the late '80s on LaserDisc.

Not really, what I have is very minimal :) Thus is just a small portion of Jesse's collection that he's been building for years slowly :)
please dont take the comparison the wrong way, but you remind me so much of equineqt. i know many in the community have bad things to say about her, but your voice is so lovely and your gestures remind me so much of when i first got in asmr through her videos and would fall in love with the way she traced things with her hand. :D
+SparkzMxzXZ A lot of people have said that there are similarities, you're not the first. To be honest, I don't know who equineqt is! I don't listen to many formal ASMRtists myself, actually, so I know very few of them by name. But cool! It's very interesting how this comparison keeps coming up. Also interesting, I work with equines every day, myself! Hmmm... : )
They actually re done the soundtrack to Drive. I'm sure you can find a version of it on UA-cam.

A discerning ear can hear a whisper beneath the soft-spoken voice. The soft-spoken voice is dominant, of course, but there is a faint whisper undertone which is super cool, and so far, I've not heard any ASMR practitioner do this. Not that it's something you do intentionally, of course, but a nice little bonus, nonetheless. Kudos.

Hi :)! I recently got into ASMR videos, and I really enjoy your content, and that is a very interesting collection of movies :). I watched "The Big Lebowski" not too long ago, actually :).
Also, I have some suggestions for you, if you're interested:
1) Accent Tag (whispering, soft-spoken, or both)
2) "25 Random Things About Me" (I guess you can call this a tag, too) (whispering, soft-spoken, or both)
3) More videos about your pets (whispering, soft-spoken, or both)
4) A music collection haul (you said you are very careful when handling CDs and DVDs, which I appreciate; I also appreciate
that because it made me think of this suggestion)
5) A cooking video about making pizza (alternates between whispering and soft-spoken)
6) A cooking video about making (whatever your definition is, because I know there are differing opinions about this):
a full-course dinner (alternates between whispering and soft-spoken)
I'm sorry that I can't think of more suggestions, but hopefully they are of help for you.
I really appreciate the content that you put up :). It helps with my anxiety and depression problems.

Hey Camron! Thanks for your comment & taking the time to watch! I really appreciate your kind words! For the time being I've decided not to show my face because I want my videos to stay focused on my voice & the subject matter only. I like being able to remain fairly anonymous. I DO NOT like how some ASMRtists are treated for the way they look and I would not like to deal with those kinds of comments on my channel. I may change my mind in the future but this is my decision for the time being. Having said that I did film a Q&A video that I hope to post soon so that everyone can get to know me a bit more. But right now I am recovering from a back injury & my family is currently dealing with a family emergency in addition to recently losing a loved one, so I hope to post that video ASAP once things are back to normal! : ) Please dont hesitate to ask if you have any more questions & hope you have a great day!

Maybe you can make something with that idea. Maybe music list or maybe a book list or something. Just a bit rain of idea.

I love the book idea. My fav ASMR video is one by Maria (Gentlewhispering) where she flips through a few different books. Books and tissue paper sounds are my best triggers. 😍
Pricy? Your BF is friggin rich. I can't even order a simple Manga. He ordered a couple dozen movies in special edition
+PortraitOf TheSleepDeprived He's not rich. Lots of these were gifts, but everything was accumulated over the course of 6 or 7 years haha he didn't just suddenly order 20 movies all at once. It's about saving money & spending over time. it's not about how much money you make, but how you spend it.
Do you do openings? If you do, can you upload the Criterion Collection openings
WELL the thing is, these films belong to my boyfriend Jesse. HE looooves to open the shrink-wrap himself too! :P so I would need to ask for special permission ;) I really like this request though so I hope this works out! :)

Strangelove and Big Lebowski side by side. Add Young Frankenstein to that and you have the best examples of comedy in cinema.
