The mixed voices has to do with the airport not having a professional artist do the sound anymore. They bought the rights from the original artist who made the musical chimes in 2018 before they changed the voices again, and its been awful ever since. They did it so they wouldn't have to pay $500 everytime they want to change the pointless welcome announcement between the Concourse A and Terminal.
