Now I understand why it’s called Moon gorgeous meditation. Dreams are unconscious thoughts. It’s the things we think about in the back of our minds. Meditation helps a person to control bad thoughts and negative emotions so that they can have better dreams. Her attack is destroying these monsters who infect people’s dreams.
This is the Cloverway/Japanese music. Cloverway took over dubbing in Seasons 3 and 4. I personally like the DiC music in some things and the original Japanese in others.
I don't get why most hardcore fans had a problem with Cloverway dubbing Season 3 and 4. I mean aside from the voice issues and some inconsistancies with attack names, I'd say they did a lot better job than DIC.

im so sick of everyone bashing the english dubs...so maybe it isnt as good as the japanese version (imo the english dub is good to me) but everyone forgets that if it wasnt for the english dubs most americans would have no clue what sailor moon is. So be thankful!
I'm surprised they kept in the rapid flashing for the STAGE OUT part. (at least, in the Japanese version, that's what the villains said when defeated) Since this was after the well publicized Porygon debacle, a lot of US and Japanese media got more cautious about potential epilepsy triggers.
It doesn't suck that much. Just be grateful 4kids didn't do the dub LOL! They left the original music and they also did a good translation according to the vid. (I didn't watch much of the English Sailor Moon sorry.) But I think Usagi's voice is too old for her character. She's a teenage girl so she shouldn't have such an adult voice XD
except that optimum was the company that hired the actors, for both DIC and cloverway. and the inconsistancy of the CWi dub comes down to some writers trying to be continuitous to the DIC dub, while others tried to change to be similar to the original japanese.

@SerenadeofTwilight agreed... Chibiusa was the one character they got exactly right. Not only was the voice perfect, she was the best actor of the bunch, actually showing real emotion. Of the other dub actors only Rei comes close.

I think out of ALL(Well not as much as Stars)the first 4 seasons, this has got to be the best attack. ChibiUsa/Rini sounds fine to me but Sailor Moon's voice actress for S/SS sound slike she's trying TOO hard to be like Terri Hawkes. But hell, she's pretty good...
I actually LOVED all of Cloverway's voice changes, and thought they fit better, even the monsters and enemies, as well as being wayy better acted out than Dic. And this is coming from my professional voice acting opinion. =P

@domizzl um, Sailor Moon S was nothing like that. it had the most complex and constantly-interesting storyline out of all of the seasons, with barely any filler episodes at all. SuperS is guilty of having about 20 story-advancing episodes in a 40 episode season... but the filler episodes were still very enjoyable. You got to enjoy spending time with some interesting and entertaining characters and it was a lot of fun. Just fast-forward during the transformation and attacks.
I think people judge too harshly on the English dub. I have watched both the original and the english and it is pretty much the same. A lot of you have to realize that when you literally translate every word from Japanese it sounds so weird in English so naturally they are going to change the dialogue a little.

Haruhi, Lucky Star, Clannad, and Lyrical Nanoha were all series that were being wathced as subs before the dub came out... What is truly unfortunate is that we had to sacrifice a perfectly good series like sailor moon to DiC and Cloverway... Honestly the dubs would be more acceptable if it weren't for the gatuitious censorship.
there are a few reasons that dubs sometimes suck.. specifically for sm, it obviously wasn't taken seriously, and there was very little consistency. HEAVY censorship laws at the time = lots of editing out of pointless things and i think most people know that when animations are done, voices are usually recorded first and then drawings are put to match the voices, whereas the translated version it's the opposite so it can be a little troublesome.

Not all English dubbing companies are like that. Dubbing companies vary from each other. Cloverwei didn't change every storyline and mash up episodes like you said.
basicly, that DIC AND cloverway did everything EXCEPT hiring the actors, which fell to a company named optimum. Also, judging by the description of the company, optimum may also be responsible for some of the worst SDAs (sailor moon uncencored website rocks OK) as they are supposedly "experts" in translating slang. though, the classicly pathetic "who is this darrien, my name is prince darrien" is still completely dic's fault.
personally i like the Japanese version for multiple reasons but everyone hear has got to admit that it is nice to not have to read subtitles every once in awhile...inless you know Japanese then well...yeah
I believe the movies were dubbed and finished in english shortly before the S season, The release dates are for the first two movie dubs are before the S season was dubbed. Which is why they all have the dic actors and why the original VHS releases don't use the japanese soundtrack.

Personally, I don't like the English Dub at all, but I appreciate the fact that I get to show my little sister Sailor Moon and she'd understand the simplicity of it all. When she's older she'll decided whether she wants to look up the Japanese version or not. The English version did no justice especially with all the cut scenes and dialogue.
