Real world information? Not in the Triangle area (Durham Raleigh Chapel Hill) North Carolina. I sold a 23 sport hybrid crv in July 24, close to what I paid new in late 22. I ordered the vehicle sight unseen. Since then, prices have sank; with dealers in the area having inventory go way up for all crv models and discounting heavily pre-owned 23 & 24's and new vehicles $2-3k. You can buy a 23 Hybrid with i.e. 14K for $26-28k in the Research Triangle Park area; if you look, and I have. Meanwhile, Hyundai dealers are discounting 24 Tuscon's (flooded by a huge production ramp up), but, also 24 Santa Fe's, as the 25's are rolling into dealers all over North Carolina.
