DoormanDudeMinecraft dude.. he's tracking in the program where he does the 3d things, and thats what i wondered, you can not track things made in cinema4d in after effects, you can't even move them, smart guy...
Sebastian Hallquist it uses background from mocha, it's still havily reliant on after effects, you don't need after effects to run in, but it's background support works much smoother, still basic after effects
