Excellent tutorial, thank you! One thing I would suggest is to include the expression 10-floor(time/25) in the description of the video, because in American English brackets are { } or [ ] and the others are parenthesis. Also that Americans should adjust the 25 in the expression to the frame rate of their footage. Just learned the hard way! hahaha
If youre like me and you wanted a long timer, but dont want to set keyframes hundreds of times, you can make the sphere slowly go to 360 over the entire duration of the timer. Saved me maybe half an hour.
For some reason after I type 10-floor[time/25] the text, merge 4 and media out 1 box all turn red and then I can't go further. Do you happen to know a solution to this? Thank you
@@rocknets Interesting. It's seems to only happen when I type in the code in expressions. I guess I'll just keep trying and see. Great tutorial by the way. Thank you for your help.
Hello. Did you resolve your problem? Happy to help. Try following my 10 second example rather than making it 5 secs just to make sure that you follow every step. You can always cut it to 5 secs in the edit. If you need the countdown footage you can get it from Pixabay here pixabay.com/videos/countdown-film-cinema-movie-65785/
@@rocknets heyho thx for asking. In fact no, couldnt fix it and only Things i did differently was putting '5' in the Text Box and the expansion. But nevermind, I downloaded a finished sequence and cut it in. Thanks, great tutorioal nevertheless.
Took me a couple of tries to get this down, but it finally worked! Thanks a bunch for this! 👍
Awesome, thanks!

Hello, I'm not quite sure why it might it be working for you. If a box turns red it can mean that the media is not found or connected.

This was happening to me and then I figured out that even though he said "bracket" he actually typed a parathesis ( ), not [ ] . It worked.
followed every step only with 5 seconds instead of 10...doesnt revolve, even counts down from 10 goddamn this is complicated
