I have a messed up back from a work injury & unfortunately can’t run anymore but I was wondering if these shoes with maximalist cushioning would be good for speed-walking or they’re only for runners (due to the stack height and/or offset)? Thanks 🙏
Alphafly is more bouncy, but the adizero looks more snappy based on the looks of the video, his leg looks to shake more after each step with the adidas
so in your opinion, which 1 better?

@@guspetrakis1233 I would say its only good for sth ard 3-5min /km pace to make it work but no one will stop u if you want to enjoy new tech isnt it?
