This Monitor doesn't have audio port or speakers. You will have to connect external speakers to you computer directly or use the one built in your computer.
Go to the Settings (3rd button from Left on the monitor) of the monitor and Change the Blue light , Contrast and Brightness , You can get a decent result.

The Monitor does not have a speaker or a Headphone Jack. The Volume button on the monitor is a dummy button I guess.
