Thanks for making this video! I have been playing parkour for 2 months, and have struggled with these moves alot. I should've looked this up sooner so I can understand mag rail better, thanks for putting the time into making this, deffenetly putting this in my watch later
Holy GOD mag rail, I love it, Before getting the mag rail i was fiending to try and learn gearless dashes, they are all so hard and i felt like i was trash but mag rail makes me feel good, its so easy to dash with it and all it takes is 2 BUTTONS! before i couldnt even aim my dashes left or right because i was too focused doing the other inputs to even ACHIEVE THE DASH, but omg this feels so good. Ik ill probably have to give up on the mag rail sooner or later because of the grappler and power grip gauntlet but this is such a breath of fresh air.

I just learnt something new like 30 minutes ago i didnt knew after you magrail on an edge and time your jump you go sonic speed i did it to those white square block things on the roofs of a building it was crazy (i lost a 3 level combo cause it was the first time did it)

Try aligning your back a lot more to the wall but not completely straight with a slight angle. It's hard to explain in words. mag bounce doesn't work if you are directly facing the wall. By facing at bit to the side, it makes it possible. using a slight angle like in the video prevents you from just getting to far from the wall to wall boost.

that's a power grip ability, only obtainable through robux, I don't recommend it tho

to make a magdash longer, turn around right after you magdash (holding s instead of w) and double space. i believe this is called mag chain

using a long jump (not static) plus mag dash allows for u to cover more space as well

some moves you probably forgot: mag chain, fall cancel dash(no not the grappler drop dash thing), mag bhop, and i think thats all?
Mag chaining under at the wall of a building, and than speed vaulting is very overpowered... Soo speed

It kills you now if you’re going to fast when you boost off the wall :(
Its better to use adren belt or paraglider with mag rail

if you lightly tap e and then space, you won't dash
for mag dash to work you need to hold e when you press space, learnt that the hard way
that's most likely a keyboard problem then, you're usually supposed to tap E, not hold
