for a wall climb you can actually just hold space for a jump and then it will automatically do it for you but if you let go of space then it will launch you out of it also i like how you can choose between going fast or going slow
@@bluevideos3600 That means you are using "Auto Parkour". I turned it off during the video as it gives the player much more freedom when it comes to doing specific movements in tight situations. It gets kinda annoying at times too lmao
I have rewatched this tutorial so many times, out of all of the ones people have made yours gives the most information and explanation. Yours is 100 times better than any other.
I recommend flail jumping for low level players even tho its not strong its very useful for low level players (holding space makes ur flail jump higher and stronger)
this was honestly a great video but i'd like to see a few of your opinions about certain movement techs, like how useful or not useful pogoboosting actually is or how important the wumpy is for crossing bigger gaps. great editing and music choice tho and the overlays with the keys pressed were great
Thanks for the compliments! I wasn't really able to give much of my personal opinions for each movement because I wanted this video to be concise. I do have opinions on Pogoboosting though. The move alone is not powerful, but you can use it to continue chaining after a grapple wall run, which launches you quite far and is pretty useful.

I really hope parkour reborn comes to mobile aswell, it looks so great, but looks like the devs aren’t planning it yet since mobile would be a lot tougher with the buttons and how the mechanics on mobile would work.

I have 2 video ideas for you: "Grappler movement tutorial" "Terminals tutorial" (the spawn region things that make spawning like legacy) Also, i just have one question Is is possible to do a backwards wumpy, without an inverse wumpy (with a mormal wumpy) ?
For normal wumpys I usually gain way to much height from the wall boost so then I just fly over the edge and don’t trigger the walking animation. When I try to jump earlier I’m still using my air dash and just do a wall kick. I’m pretty familiar with inverse wumpy but I can’t manage to get the normal one down any suggestions?
Try changing your wall boost timing. Focus on getting the walking animation first. Once you get that down, practice the jump timing. Try wall boosting sooner, or later, see which way works.
hopefully they will add a toggle to set the momentum bar to where would be the combo bar position in the og parkour. it feels so weird having to look up to see information
Auto Parkour can actually help you, for instance, you are falling from a crane and your near a ladder, you can just automatically grab onto it and you would deal absoloutly 0 damage.
I loved the tutorial, it made me much better in Parkour Reborn, but can u make a guide on the grappler moviments? I got it today and i dont know how to use it properly.
i don't know what kind of feature this is supposed to be, but when i try to wall boost, there appears this arrow above my bar. And i don't know at all on how it appears and what it does, but it wont allow me to wall boost when the arrow is there or something other is disabling the feature. (i have it unlocked and all of that and sometimes it works)

It's weird coming from parkour legacy to reborn. The new movement is more "realistic" while also maintaining the satisfying movement of parkour legacy. It feels more like Mirror's Edge. Holding space to wallclimb and wallrun is also just weird to get used to but makes more sense. Overall I'm really enjoying reborn so far.

turning off auto parkour still makes you auto-grab onto pipes and ladders (the setting that toggles this action is 'Auto Clutch')

wall bounce doesnt properly work for me, instead it starts the climbing animation then i have to press space again for it to work
