I love this gentleman's love for his Grandad... who was a total legend. He'd be proud of him. Thanks Sir for telling us these great stories of my hero. I read Bobby's book and since copying his technique, I'm now beating 'old man par'... at last. Timeless wisdom, and probably THE best role model of an athlete/human ever.

This was fantastic. I started golf during Covid and was blown away by Bobby Jones’s videos.

Good Lord what a gripping commentary. Bobby Jones, like his grandson, was a seemingly modest man. That Bobby Jones suffered so for so long late in life is tragic. Yet many who suffer late in life never achieved Bobby's fame. His courage serves as an inspiration to many - or it should.

I will forever revere Bob Jones for his integrity and honesty. When he alone saw his ball move, he called the penalty on himself and when the media praised him for being honest, he simply said "You might as well praise me for NOT robbing a bank!"
It is a damned shame that THAT type of character in a human being is even harder to find, if not impossible, today.
It is definitely IMPOSSIBLE to find it in ANY politician.

I love how Dr. Jones talked about the "zone" that great athletes get into, it is 100% accurate and should be researched. It's the secret to greatness in any standout athlete.

My dad & uncle were members of the Canton Golf Club.I think I read that Bobby attended the Grand Opening. I’ve always wondered if he had any input on the design. It’s a 9 hole course.

As a psychologist this master raconteur is left to ponder why some audiences roll in the aisle in response to his many very funny jokes and others, are completely unmoved.

Thanks Mr. Jones, I love your Grandad too. He taught me how to play the game of life. 😊 I reincarnated him, sorta. Just a tough guy with a nice manner, who learned the secrets of the swing the strike and the feel, a smooth powerful swing. Just like Mr. Bobby Jones. He tells me what to do in the moment. His Spiritual Being is in the words he gave in his movies about golf. GENIUS to say the least, he taught HOGAN everything. Except that unbreakable focus.
    Shot making.
Ball striking, and the best way to play, MASTERED 100 years ago by Mr. Bobby Jones.
    My personal Hero!
    Second only to GOD,
    Christ Jesus, my salvation.
    🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
    🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯
    GOD BLESS YOU 😊

Sounds like Bobby Jones was a zen master of the void and achieved Buddha enlightenment on his transcendence bed
