Great video on a common problem! I find it best to test with a Piriformis end-range stretch for symptoms then a contraction of that MM from that position for further confirmation.
Thanks Matt, stretch or contraction is essentially what all tests come down to!

and this one just from the videos.. and all of them 3 are negative.. so how do I know which issue it is of all 3 tests have issue

Get it. A look into an anatomy book or googling "piriformis" can show you the course of the muscle as well
