*This man is* .... idk how to describe it. I never seen so much class, talent, but still funny but in an appropriate way so it doesn’t seem shady, handsome, kind and honest person in my life. And the list can go on... im so happy i started to follow Wayne since 2013. he enhanced himself but his character is still the same. He is one of those people you just meet once in your lifetime and they can change a lot (positively). Be kind to people like him because you cannot find a lot of them❤️ i could write a poem... or better a book about him. Im just bluffed i never seen so much class in a person. And not only people who follow him for years can understand this but also the newer ones.

I am 53 years old and live in the USA. Wayne Goss is my favorite Makeup Artist. I have learned so much from him over the years. He does makeup with common sense... and teaches the average person the correct way to get the most beautiful benefit from the products. He's just the best!

Wayne I think you're amazing but I have to respectfully disagree. As a woman of colour the recent influx of larger shade ranges has been phenomenal. It has previously been very difficult to navigate the 50 shades of light to medium and few dark deep shades where undertones are non existent. Actually having the ability to swatch various shades that might work for me is great and I commend all brands that are finally becoming more aware and diverse in offering more of a selection.

Agreed. It may be more "challenging" to find the shades that match you perfectly when you have so many to choose from, but it's more likely you will be able to find it with a broad shade range instead of a range that has fewer than 30 shades.
I agree, that comment he made came of as really tone deaf and a little spoilt. Like we’re SO sorry there’s so many shades for people that you find it hard to find your shade of beige that’s always been available in every brand 🙄

Your videos are the only ones I have notifications enabled for. Straight to the point, informative and relatable. I have no patience nor need for the silly videos with the music and the over the top facial expressions. I’m too tired and grumpy most of the time for all that nonsense. Whenever I need a makeup tip, I search your name in UA-cam and always find what I’m looking for without all the extra-ness. Thank you!

Wayne has always been against the triangle even in twenty-somethings and most of us here are against the triangle. We should have little square stickers made for the car window that says just say no to the triangle and have an upside down triangle that looks like face makeup or concealer in the middle.
I so appreciate you sharing your knowledge and love of makeup. But I think it’s the way you go about it that has had me watching you for close to 10 years. Everything is delivered with a grain of salt and a whole heap of humor. You are one in a million, Wayne ❤️

You really helped me a lot for my concealer. I do have to use a pretty full coverage foundation, but the triangle concealer look was always creasing, no matter what I did. I was watched your video and was like “this guys seems to like natural looks, it probably wouldn’t be for me.” Then you show me how to use concealer. And I’ve been watching you since :) you’re awesome.
I love that your looks come out so natural. And when you said something about your not going out & seeing anyone was great. I’ve recently started doing my makeup most days again. I’m a homeschooling mom of a 3 & almost 9yr old. And I’m just now really feeling like myself again since having the youngest. But most days the only people I see are my kids & my husband. And while I like it when my husband comes home & notices I look nice, I do it for myself. Doing my makeup & hair makes me feel like me, like the woman I am other than Mom. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love being Mom, but Brittney is still in here too.

Wayne Goss is the epitome of an English gentleman. I absolutely love his videos. Great tips on beautiful natural make up, without all the show and bs. I'm waiting with baited breath for his own make up. His eye and face brushes are exquisite. I use them on the daily.
You know I love you to pieces. But I have to respectfully disagree, I am personally not tired of having options in base products. It was quite difficult for me to find good shade options even 3 years ago. I do agree it can be a little overwhelming at times, but it's nice for a change, to have an abundance issue instead of a scarcity issue. I hope that makes sense. 💙

Wayne, you cherub! New NYC subscriber here, Anglophile attorney, lived in yr country 2X and love Somerset, Scouseland AND Wales … can't thank you enough for your succinct and articulate videos. Am older and darker than you but you're a great teacher. That tip for blushing the bridge of my nose where the sun would naturally hit is GENIUS, brilliant -- would never have considered it but it really works! If you have read the wonderful novel "A Little Life," you know that adults can be adopted in the States. Don't see why UK laws would prevent it. Wayne, I love you and have enjoyed your content for many, many years. In this though, I totally disagree with you about too many colour options. It's easy if the limited range previously available gave you options, but to those with darker skin tones, there were few, if any options for us. Even looking at the swatches you put on your face, I'm in between some of the dark shades and would have to mix stuff to even get close to my tone. So yes, while fewer options can work for those with lighter skin tones, it's not such a done deal for those like me, and we absolutely appreciate having a wide range of deep options with various undertones to choose from, to get a close, or, even better, perfect match for ourselves.

I found this brand on another utube vid, forgot who, came back to you for an opinion. Product dropped on my doorstep 2 weeks later after seeing your recommendation. It is epic!! When it comes to concealer you are the only one I trust. Everyone else seems to be fine with these thick over the top coverage concealers that just sink into my lines and sometimes give me new ones! Lol
Wayne, I absolutely love your channel. It would be great to just be able to hang out with you, pick your brain, learn so much. Do you have a blog or a web list somewhere of your favorite make up, foundation, blush, concealer, lippies etc.? It would be wonderful to know what to buy from someone who shares such similar philosophies. Like you i want my skin to look like skin. From there I want to highlight the strong and play down the weak without looking mental. You are loved!

Respectfully disagree with your “50 shade” comment. Until recently I’ve never been able to find a shade that “looked” like my skin colour. I’m so happy that I can finally swatch things and find stuff that actually is perfect for me instead of mixing up different shades or just “making it work”. You’ve got no idea of the struggles 😂😭😅

Can these be found in the US? Agree about the overdoing of concealer ... the older you get, the more you use, the worse you look😓. I love your airbrush for right under the eyes to lightly powder that area when you’re done with concealing.

Wayne, thank you for this video!! Something you said got the wheels in my mind turning. I have very deep hyperpigmentation all over my cheeks and currently use MAC color corrector in Peach. While the color does a great job of correcting the skin tone, the product itself is very heavy and not pliable at all and gives my cheeks a mask like appearance. Any suggestions for a color corrector that fits the bill? Thanks in advance for your assistance! 😍

You do make me laugh, I love your videos. Loved the concealers but my problem with under eye concealer is that it pills most of the time, what can I do?
I have very dark circles that every time I do my concealer it turns gray! when I build the coverage it creases + I turn to a mummy, and I hate heavy makeup but my under eye not helping me at all, what should I do!!!! heeeeeellllpeee😭

I like my skin to look like skin too. A bit off topic, but I had been using a liquid foundation from Bare Minerals I loved for a few years cause it was such a watery consistency that it allowed my skin to shine through it easily, but for some reason all of a sudden it started to accentuate my pores in place and make me look like I had holes all over my face at places. So I bought Benefits Porefessional Primer and presto change-o, problem solved. However, I recently switched to a thicker radiant foundation and found I was having this very heavy makeup look with accentuating of the pores again. Wouldn’t you know, one day I forgot to apply the Porefessional primer and once again 💥 bam - problem solved. I’m still puzzled as to why this happened though. If anyone has thoughts on this, I’d love to hear it.
