This boss can be cheesed just by using the weakest 99% attacks all the time)) They deal the same damage as strong ones due to the way damage is calculated
little tip dont do a 3 attack try a 1 to like 99% hit rate till like 2 gets to 99% or 3 at like 80% its way better and use your elements as much as you can that what i did to beat this boss and i played it on the vita XD

Yeah, double speed is available from the start if you want and can be toggled whenever you want. (Like how FFX - HD Remaster works).
