One oldschool tile I really miss that you can't seem to find much anymore is green marble. Faux or legit green marble. I really wish I could find just 120sq/ft or so of 90s ceramic green marble 12x12s for my bedroom or something. Something about them and the nostalgia from when I was a kid is really cool to me. Also wish parquet wood floors came back, too.
You would be surprised how sentimental some of that stuff might be in a future generation. Neices, nephews, grand kids ect. Let them throw in out if they want to.

Good video we contractors always like to look back at the work we have done over the years ...
Indeed 👍🏻👌🏼
Is it wise to soak ceramic tiles prior to installing in a shower with modified thinset?
It's not a bad idea, I've heard it done before but I have never used that method on ceramic, only on quarry tile or something that's extremely porous
You can soak any tile, just make sure it's not dripping when you install it. Make sure it's soaked but not dripping. Pat them each one.
That’s some ugly tile Bob!
Indeed, most all of it was ugly back in the day
