Hi Monica. The candies look like they should be in the window of a Candy Store. Thanks for demonstrating how to mix in paint into the clay. I will for sure send you a picture of my : Peanuts Halloween setup.(as long it turns out) I'm also going to tackle making a marionette of Fietz from the Sound of Music. I have a wooden marionette that I'm going to use as a foundation. I tried to make the hands out of clay onto the marionette. They turned out O.K.,however probably spent too long on them.( getting them the same size, placing on the marionette etc.) What would you recommend when it comes to the head? There will be a lot of sculpting for the hair,facial expression,eyes,ears etc.) Do you think I may be more successful to use a Styrofoam ball (remove wooden head) or sculpt onto the wooden head? I was thing the Styrofoam maybe easier to sculpt onto as the marionette is kind of heavy and awkward to be handling. I'd appreciate any advice.(wished you lived near me Lol) Enjoy your day.

Hi Monica. I tried to send you a response to ,y question about Fertz however it came back to me. I'll try again. Thanks for your advice. My Fertz will not be staring in The Sound of Music when it comes to London Ontario in December. However if he turns out O.K. he will be going with us when we attend aerformance along side a goat we bought in New York when we saw The Sound of Music. He has already attended a performance a few years ago when we attended a performance. He did look funny going through the X-ray scanner. May-be we have lost our minds. Thanks again. Funny story- I had bought some fake chocolates for my valentines display- my nieces came to visit- they were about 5 at the time and when I later went to put the valentines decorations away I saw all these little bite marks in them- I thought - oh, those poor kids 😬 how mean am I to do that to them. From that time on I made sure to have real candy out for them!

What kind of paper you wrapped fake candies
It’s wax paper. They were sheets that separated the foil candy sheet that I used on the chocolate bar, but regular wax paper would work
