- Hartlepool have been relegated after only getting promoted to League Two in 2021, so today I'm completing the triology, I am going to attempt to make Hartlepool the best team in the world by signing only free agents!

I am doing the same with Doncaster - the only thing extra is the youth academy that i use as well. But other than that it is the same Free Agent pattern. Its fun
Youth academy is fun if you have homegrown talent, I had it while rebuilding (or building) südtirol they play in serie b

Free agents are overpowered. The transfer AI is so dumb that high rated players and regens are still in the free agent pool. By the 2nd/3rd season and onward, your team will be so stacked since you can get them at reasonable prices. Maybe add a small release clause when signing free agents so there will be some turnover.

In your next rebuild I recommend signing Andreas schjerlup he is an 18 year old Norwegian wonder kid his base overall is 71. On my career mode he went to 99 rating by 28 years old..

You should rebuild dynamo kiev with only players from top 5 country leagues (doesnt have to be 1st league), they are my hometown club and they finished 12 whole points behind shakhtar and finished 4th in the league, the goal should be to return them to champions league.

I done a Northampton build in league 2 and got sacked at end of season after finishing top of the league all because I didn’t reach last 16 of fa cup so then had to take over Grimsby then same thing happend topped league and sacked at end of it yet again because I didn’t reach last 16 of FA cup 😭

how does this man manage to get his players to grow that much? mine just grow by 1 or 2 points at most a season,only players that grow much are academy players
I’ve found that when they’re happy, contracts good, and in the correct development plan, they grow like mad, also dynamic potential comes into account sometimes, but I’ve not modded them as I record on my PS5👊
