I used the NR2007.exe Soundpack. You can only get the soundpack by downloading the NR2007 exe file. If you want the soundpack heres the link: hoboracing.com/utilitiesfiles/NR2007.rar P.S. if you are going to transport the NR2007 sound into the NR2003 sound you must copy the NR2007 Sound.dat file or else you'll have the NR2003 default sound engine.
