I used to live in Upland for a while and I really liked it there a lot. I lived in an apartment complex on 9th street, East of old town Upland, you even passed a great place my wife and I loved to eat called “Vince’s Spaghetti” it is at the city lines with Upland and Rancho Cucamonga.
Who ever made this video THANK YOU! I haven't been home to Upland Ca in over 16 years.. You actually went passed my elementary school and my home street! I had a blast watching this .
I made it 😘 so sweet of you actually when I was driving there I told my self let’s drive by school it might bring some memory later this is why I’ll keep driving in youtube 🌹🌹🌹
That little brown house on the right side on Dst just before 3rd ave is Where my Friend Todd was Stabbed to Death on Jan 1 ,1995. Very Bad Time for me. I can describe everything in this video.
Omg thank you for creating this I remember all of this in upland I use to live there but we moved I miss upland thanks for giving me my good memories of upland :)
I still love in Upland. It's a quiet neighborhood and crime is pretty low which I'm grateful for. I was also born in Upland San Antonio hospital and there for over 10 years now going on 12
Hello Drive with me, just wanted you to know that I love your videos. And could you take a drive tour of Colton, CA? I love the smaller cities. Thanks 😁😉
I used to live in Upland on Arrow highway near Euclid Ave in Colonial Gardens Apartments near the downtown. The apartment building is still there as we started living there in 1965. I saw the Grove theater and the block after Euclid if you had turned where the Grove theater was is where I lived.
actually this neighbourhood is so beautiul that i could cry .... the houses are almost all of them my style and dreamed to me .... like all the rest....is stunning..... made me wanna live there :( i have a question, isn't san bernardino super dangerous?...because i sow a video on youtube that said that one was one of the worst places of california BUT when i see this i fall in love and i think i could live there
At 4:24 that house with the brick garage is where my brother almost died over 30 years ago. Got into a serious car accident with severe head trauma. San Antonio hospital was just around that corner but they couldn't do anything for him, he had to be airlifted to Loma Linda University Hospital where he spent almost a year recovering. Luckily he survived despite 50/50 chance, was in a coma for a month. We still live in this city. Upland is just a comfortable place to live. Even my brothers kids go to school here.
That building right next door with the multiple doors used to be Don's Electric. One of my Girlfriends lived in the house right Across the Street at the end of the West side of the Alley. My house was 4 houses west of Campus on the South side of Arrow. I was still living there when your brother got into the accident. I do remember one nite these clowns tried to rob a Stop and Go on 8th and Baker in Ontario. Store mgr Shot one of them. Cops chased em and they crashed into the house on the SE Corner of Campus and Arrow. The Kid who got Shot Bought it. I Knew who he was but not personally.
I do believe that I have met your Aunt and Uncle while attending Parties at 1940 O'Malley way. Tony and Carol lived there. I hung out with Their son Tony. Their house was the one right at the end of The Cul de Sac.
@@DriveWithme no. Talking would make this way less relaxing and it'd be very distracting. I think your videos are perfect as they are with the greeting at the beginning and then the whole video with outside noises for us to enjoy. Keep it up I'm enjoying your videos! :)
omg! what kind of a guide are you????? you didn't go through the town center you didn't talk about the hospital that is now the worlds famous drove by all historic place, not even the modena trail sorry I stoped as soon as u passed the town center towards the train tracks!!! next time let me drive with you I'll be your tourist guide! you just be the man and DRIVE! Let The WOMAN tell you where to go! Gheeesh! Have a Nice Day!
The reason San Antonio Hospital is Famous is for all the people that have died there. I good Friend of mine was misdiagnosed and ended up dying there at age 29. His wife Sued and won around 7 Million.
The first couple of minutes is Rancho Cucamonga. He's headed West on Foothill Blvd. Upland begins when you pass Grove Ave.

Very neat. I lived here as a kid and left in 1992 when I was a HS freshman. Nice tour. Thumbs up.

You went to Baldy View too?
I live here! I reconized the street so quickly.
I grew up there. In that part of town. Know it like The Back of my hand.
The magical world of......upland.
The Tragical world. It started going downhill in the Late 70s.
You passed my old house on Arrow just past Campus on the left with the Big Antenna Mast in Back.
You are driving Through my old Stomping Grounds. I was born there in 1964. Lived there for 50 years. I know that town like the Back of hand.
That big brick building on 1st and 9th st. Used to be The Upland Inn . It burned down in 75. My Dad owned The Upland Inn from 54 to 60.

Colonial Gardens is on 9 th just west of Euclid.
The Old man who Built the Grove Theater lived across the street from me on the NW corner of Arrow and Campus. Mr. Kraebel
With respect to a previous review - the lack of narrative enhances the visual aspect. Thank you.
Jake Merchant thanks for your input I’ll try my best next time
My late uncle lived there. On Kilbourne Dr, I believe.
Just bought a Brand new house in Upland...

Yeah San Bernardino is ghetto. Lol. Upland is a nice area. I used to work there. It’s about 30 mins away from San Bernardino.
San Bernardino is a county and there is the city. This is the county. Beautiful areas are in SB COUNTY.
My home Town!
A small, sleepy but nice town...
But - where was Dr. Pimple Popper? You didn't pass her. 😅💖🙂

Looks ghetto
He's driving Through old downtown which is over 120 years old. All the Citrus warehouses were there. A few still remain.
