I usually just watch through your stuff and especially the games on the ladder. I felt I should say I appreciate what you are doing and if someone says that you are doing it wrong, well maybe they are doing one thing at a time and don't have to comment on every play they make to make it fun to watch. You play a lot of different decks and you just keep em' coming even though it is kinda end of the season and the meta is kinda set. Keep on rocking in the free world! Stay salty and shrug all the stupid stuff that people say. As a matter of fact you should prob just let someone else scan through the comments and let them say if something is even useful to make a note on for your future endeavors. For me, the crap just sticks and I am sadly very bad at taking the good comments to heart.

Would you consider cutting two land for two Scorching Dragonfire? Sometimes, you just gotta spot remove a Linden, Mayhem Devil, Planeswalker, Dreadhorde Butcher, etc. without paying 4 mana and without having to worry about "on death" effects, or worrying about it coming back from the graveyard. It seemed like there were a number of times in your games that would have been useful.

Since you say something about the shuffler at around 46:00 I HAVE to mention that I just played a game where I drew all 24 lands in my deck and had 25 cards still lefty in my deck. I gained a bunch of life at the start of the match, then he cleared my board. Then he tried to generate like 30 1/1 tokens off of an enchantment.. to which i ugin the ENTIRE board. He probably had over 35 damage on the board but needed just a few more tokens to get past my defense. It was easily the most satisfying win I have ever had in my short time playing magic lol
I built almost the exact same list yesterday, main difference was scorching dragon fire instead of opt. I really like that you swapped out the stomping grounds with temples!

@@AJKiesel well I learned something new. I never knew the origins of "QQ" but I've heard it used a lot during online gaming awhile ago, so makes sense it was Warcraft II.
I played against this exact deck today in the play queue (no surprise) and stomped on it - the poor opponent wiped my board twice with Storms Wrath, bounced my Nyxbloom, and even hard-cast a Shark Typhoon, but didn't draw a single Reclamation in the entire game. I think that right there is the main weakness of this deck - it's built around one card, and it's basically crap without it.
I sometimes stay up at night wondering the important questions in life, such as "Is CGB good looking and professional?" and then I tell myself "No, he doesn't sing enough. I'm still gonna boost that algorithm in the comments section though."

With 30 lands could you play a third Castle Vantress? That card is so damn useful when you have Rec down, or especially 2 Recs and you need the manasink. It's especially good as a counter to Teferi, since you can do it at instant speed even when Teferi's on the board.
Have you thought about playing scorching Dragonfire instead of the brazen borrowers? Because it seemed most times you drew the brazen dragonfire would have been better. for example killing steamkin instead of setting it back twice.
He specifically says in the deck intro that the Borrowers are for dealing with (or at least delaying) permanents that Storm's Wrath can't. Dragonfire serves a very similar role to Storm's Wrath so it's probably not the best card for that slot.
They would still be able to respond with embercleave at that point. He's always liable to be blown out during combat from it, he would have to cast explosion before opp enters combat to play around it unless he's expecting them to equip up fervent to play around another borrower
@@marlowemouse At damage point interaction, the aggro player responds first with the Embercleave likely on Thorbrand in this case, but still. Then it's the time to interact wouldn't you agree?
@@tom4465 If he's going to shoot the fervent he should be doing it when opp passes priority to enter combat step, to completely play around embercleave. No play he can make would play around infuriate but waiting until combat means he's got potential for blowout if opp was holding embercleave for the reason I stated in my first reply. Since he did move to combat I think due to indecision, waiting for opp to pass priority to damage is slightly more ideal yeah but doesn't change blowout potential

what do you do vs elspeth conquerors death or anax/embercleave? every time ive tried temur without counterpells you jsu get destroyed by those cards if they went first
How about swapping some land for Thrill of Possibility as Opt 5-8? You do use early mana surprisingly well, but I refuse to believe Thrill would slow you down too much. Would help feed Uro too.
Mtgasst is dope! However i had an issue that anytime i escaped a card... it crashed mtga... removed it... and no issues (might have been an mtga thing).... but i miss the deck tracker

you obviously don’t know how to play reclamation. you need at least 8 copies of all of your combo pieces

Some times is on purpose. I've won some games by tapping lands one by one whille i had no explosion in hand, and opponent just concedes.

Mana screw on Arena is a legit thing. It’s pretty remarkable how often I don’t find my lands in my 26 land deck.

I think he said he just doesn't see those match-ups very often. Or he just bounces Anax before Storm's Wrath comes into his hand by sheer luck by T4
I feel like a better draw card would help find the land better than lands 29/30. Maybe something similar to Anticipate, for example.
I'd even play two Fire Prophecy, which are not net-draw but at least they also remove something.
