Evec 7kWh car charger woes.

I got a deal from Arnold Clark on an Evec 7kWh charger installed for £499. I thought it would work well with my style of driving with the Octopus Go Tariff, four hours cheap rate charging is probably adequate for me. But I can't tell because, unfortunately, as of today, although it was scheduled for installation on 26th Jan, it's still not working. I am hopeful though and will let you know.
