With AH, I love getting all their multiplayer plays, fuck arounds, and stick-poking but honestly I love these sorts of videos the most, where we get to discover the game with someone as they do a full play through in a game they really want to play.
But its not though? Why does everyone think House Beneviento is scary? Its just a generic run-to-the-locker sequence where you are 100% safe unless you purposely goof off and mess up. What's so scary about it? Sure the baby monster is grotesque, but that's all it is.
@@GBDupree It's 100% about the atmosphere, build-up, and big reveal. In that regard, it is a masterclass in horror game design. Sure if you know everything going in and completely disengage yourself from the game, then yeah it's not scary... but if you don't allow yourself to be immersed then _nothing_ is scary because what's on the screen isn't real. What you're complaining about is that it's not hard, and yeah. It's easy asf if you don't panic. But difficulty of gameplay is not a factor in creating fear in _any_ horror game. Beneviento house wasn't scary because nothing significant happened. My biggest fear as a child was dolls, my most traumatic memory includes porcelain dolls, so when I saw Angie I was excited. However playing the section felt like a generic Outlast level, hide from the big scary monster baby fetus; nothing new; idea, mechanic, or gameplay-wise happened so there was zero tension. Beneviento house was the part I was most excited about but it's a ten minute segment first playthrough and the only scary part is a reused mechanic from horror games of old. Also I saw some other comment say it the fetus is just the PT baby
man, pretty unfortunate, I was waiting forever to see their reaction to the baby and Michaels webcams footage breaks this episode and Lindsay left just before it.
I loved that Matt didn't hear it show up but Michael did, and he started backing up and going, "Matt... Matt? Maaaaatt???" And then they're in the locker and it's making awful noises and they don't know what it is, and Michael's just yelling, "Matt???? MATT????"
I’m glad we’ve finally reached my favorite part of the game. Ever since ray’s stream where he loses it with the fetus, I’ve wanted to see Matt or Michael lose it
Me: "It seems like Michael's a bit hard on Matt and Matt doesn't really fight back. I wonder if they're good?" Michael: "Like when Matt made me reset my fucking data in Zelda randomizer!" Matt: "Haha! Shut your mouth!" :D Me: "Yeah, they're good."
Been looking forward to this one and I'm annoyed that the doll house episode is the one that Michael's webcam stopped working for. At least I've got Matt.
This this the best series of this year, so please complete the game. I don't even mind the perfectionist Michael trying to collect everything, since it's so entertaining.
I love Michael playing Resident Evil. This game is scary af and I would never play it but man is it satisfying to watch Michael try and get all the pickups.
Wow... I saw Michael put in that photo and thought nothing of it. "Oh the memories thing means that photo. Pretty straightforward - yep there he goes using it." Then Michael talks about being blow away that it worked... and I was blown away.
It's not like they didn't know that "Memory is the Key".😂 Also, Michael was totally killin' it at the mannequin challenge; I missed the part where he said why he was doin' it, though.😁
I'm with Matt big time on this. Besides all the creppy ass dolls, that's my nightmare right there. If I were playing, I'd be freaked out. So much salt needed to deal with that slug baby.
I mean it's at 34k, I feel like they will continue it because Michael seems to really like this game just like they did a full let's watch of RE7, I'm hoping they do a full playthrough at least 😅
I've been legit waiting for this moment and for Mikey to experience it. I was terrified whenever I played this part the first time through! I had to put the controller down and walk away. When I was exploring the basement at first and realized you could hide in the locker, my heart began to pound because I knew something bad was going to happen.
Yeah, The Baby is probably the most Nope-Tacular thing I've ever seen. Not looking forward to it in replays at higher levels. I didn't know you could wait it out and it would vanish, I was always just running like you do with Lady D.

Mia agreed to share all information she knew about the connections as a sort of plea deal. And she asked in exchange that they don't tell Ethan about her full involvement
I need Hermione to tell me what an idiot I am... I kept thinking everyone's been calling this Ari's Village, instead of R.E.'s Village. Like, who is Ari? Is this an overarching character from previous Resident Evil games? And why has no one mentioned this person in the hours of playthrough I've watched? Like I said... "Wot an idiot."
@@MrRoyalOss I feel that- I don’t find stuff as scary when Lindsay there? Like they are a chaotic yet calming influence and I love them to bits, but it feels at odds with this game at times
Honestly, every time I looked up at Michael his reaction seemed appropriate
I wonder if they chose that picture for that specific reason.
This game is so scary it petrified Michael
This took me longer to get than it should have.
Left him frozen
I kept forgetting Michael's facecam was broken so every time I looked up I always thought that was the face he was making in that exact moment.

Yo the same thing happens to Alanah Pierce, her facecam froze during this part
“It’s not scary” -Michael Jones moments after entering House Benevito
You can tell it’s a blind run, because there is _zero chance_ he’d be saying that if he knew what he was getting into XD

That baby from P.T. sure did grow up fast.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that lol

no kidding, I thought the AI just "knew" where you were and wouldn't go away until it couldn't get to you long enough in a hiding spot

Michael isnt teasing Matt about that.

Solid photo choice for Michael, it works so well for this game.
I really wished Donna was more of the game she was like a 30 minute segment and it was mostly just about a giant fetus
You know if you saved all the CRYSTAL SKULLS you got throughout the game you could have a whole KINGDOM.
Matt's reaction is good, i wish Gavin was here for this
Lindsay, Matt, i love you.... BUT SHUT THE HELL UP! THIS IS SCARY!
Astounded by Michael consistently not trying to run away from the baby, just hiding as much as possible
I wished they had made Michael's photo puppet-talk like how they do when one of their webcams is down for Gmod LOL
Michael's camera free, ing like that is funny
I can't even say the number of times I looked at the webcams and said "oh shit what's going on" at Michaels face
