And because of that, they thought CARROT TOP was the bad guy, and made up a hilarious rumor that if you said something in the mirror with the lights off, CARROT TOP would come kill you- and they were legitimately horrified of him!! XD
2:25 This line is probably the most underrated. The song until this point is the set-up, implying CarrotTop hates Chuck E personally. But this line acts as a geniously hillarious punchline, because it reveals they just enjoy killing mouse mascots.
