All well and good but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on ordering this option. It doesn't work. I've had two RR dealers equally fail to set it up.

Thank you very much. just bought the LR4 Landmark. It is still not working. Is the button on my garage door opener the one I press to open that garage door? So act like I was opening the garage door and do what you're doing? The problem I'm having is the light on the rear view mirror never blinks.

Hello Craig,
To program the Homelink system, hold the outer two buttons of the Homelink system located on your review mirror for approximately 45 seconds. The purpose of this step is to clear all codes. Afterwards, press the button on the mirror you would like to pair to the garage door, simultaneously depress the button on the garage door remote. From there, select the learn button on the garage door opener (located in the garage.) Next, run really fast back to your LR4 and press the button you programmed on the mirror to finalize programming. **PLEASE NOTE: Do not press the garage door opener while you are finalizing AND if you go to clear and no lights illuminate ( step one) there is an issue with Homelink system.
