  • A conservation grazing plan helps to promote native species diversity by encouraging grazing-sensitive plants to increase in abundance and distribution over time.
In this webinar we discussed when and where conservation grazing is appropriate and how landholders can implement a successful grazing strategy.
Our senior ecologist Joel Stibbard was joined by western NSW graziers, Col and Bev Hamilton, wo shared their conservation grazing story. Regional conservation officer Glen Walker and ecologist Thomas Munroe, both from the BCT's Dubbo office, also joined the discussion.
For more information about grazing on conservation agreement sites please visit our website where we have a number of resources to support grazing strategies.
