The main guy in the black sweater is quite ignorant, when someone is giving their opinion on a dish the least you can do is listen to them especially when you are reviewing things, but this guy couldn't care less about what the other guy in green shirt thought about the food. I found him really disrespectful and rude.

Nusrets restaurants are overhyped, in reality the food is bad, the prices are extremely high! People go there bcs it's trendy and a few celebrities went there, so if you are in Turkey avoid that place you get in many traditional restaurants and small restaurants which are hiding in side streets offers much more traditional very good quality of meat where you have to pay very less.
Mashallah... it looks very tasty... I would love to visit Istanbul in the future inshallah

The Aubergine (Dolma - Eggplant) supposed to be eaten with Yogurt. All stuffed Turkish food, including any dolmas, must be eaten with Yogurt and eaten with the skin. You do not cut them in half and eat what's in it...thanks for observing this point.

You are doing a good job visiting restaurants and entertaining us with your opinion.. but your guests seem to have little knowledge about eating different varieties of cuisine and then to be able to express themselves. They are no different than inviting someone like me to a non-indo pak restaurant and being asked about the food... My best opinion would be no different than being expressed by your guests. It will be about money, and at most I'd use the term good flavor.. but nothing beyond that.
