Or better still relocate the cruise terminal to a far better location in Norfolk with a facility capable of handling two cruise ships simultaneously. The current terminal could then be converted into a museum accompanying the adjacent USS WISCONSIN. Perhaps another museum vessel could eventually use the berth vacated by the cruise terminal. The current facility is outdated and is prone to traffic issues. With increased capacity from larger vessels these issues will only be exacerbated. It will be interesting to see how these planned improvements will make the terminal more passenger friendly.
