same thing happened to me. I rebooted computer and phone, still not working. I checked another site and it suggested trying a different USB cable, so I did that and it fixed the problem! So try another cable if you're still having the problem.

It didn't work for me either. The phone I used was LG phone and connected it to windows 11 laptop. I followed all the steps and it didn't work. 😢
