Its called debt for debt repayment. and if china knew about the virus and bought all medical supplys and resold them at a high price after causing the need for them its actually 10x-20x the debt owed due to premeditated wrongdoing. The terms of loans should be public document accessible to all citizens for the loan to be approved by International bodies

IMF and the world bank bankrupted Argentina and crippled countries in Eastern Europe and Russia in the 90s. People should watch out for that 😂😂😂.
