What an incredibly sweet man. If I was ever in an emergency situation, his presence would bring a lot of calm and comfort. How appropriate that his name is "Dr. Sweetland". Thank you kind sir for your skill and compassion.

Man, what an emotional interview. You can tell that Dr. Sweetland is a really good man. He may not have been able to save Mr. Comperatore, but he is still a hero. And it was so encouraging to hear him talk about the army veteran that offered him some water when he was clearly in shock. I actually saw a video with some extended footage, and I saw someone offer him some water, shouted out, "Water! Water!" to a small group of people, and then you see like 20 people offering their water bottles. Dr. Sweetland is right - THAT is what America is all about, people coming together in times of tragedy.
I was telling my daughter that it had to have been a major shock for the ER doctor to be in shock after the shooting.💜
This was a great interview. That doctor was very articulate in describing what he went through with so much compassion.
As a vet myself this brought a little tear. Hope Dr. Sweetland understands that Army vet did indeed see him as a brother. Bravo zulu, doc

Although his family is traumatized, no doubt... He is not asleep. He is awake and he is with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and he will see his family again someday. I heard it said that he was a Christian and so I'm just passing that forward.

To see the doctor who helped the man who was shot at the rally; it stirred deep emotions in me. In times of need, we must support each other, regardless of our differences.
